Since his rise to fame in the mid eighties, France’s Marc Lavoine has developed throughout the years a perfect balance of elegance, mystery and romanticism. After 12 albums and a successful acting career and for the first time in Lebanon Lavoine will perform all his timeless hits like “Elle a les yeux revolver”, “Toi mon amour” or “Bascule avec moi”…

Created by the BBC, this highly successful and popular show involves a massive production of 50 musicians and singers performing all of Queen’s greatest hits including “We Will Rock You”, “We Are the Champions” and “Bohemian Rhapsody”. A spectacular two-hour show paying tribute to one of the biggest bands of all time!

After the huge success of last year’s show, Charbel Rouhana returns to Byblos graced by one of the most talented and genuine Lebanese voices, Melhem Zein. A one-of-a-kind musical journey from Byblos to Sevilla and back, this new creation, deeply rooted in Andalusian Arabic music, will be performed for the first time at Byblos Festival.

Pop Metal sensation Within Temptation are filling stadiums around the world with their incredible energy and charismatic female vocalist Sharon Den Adel. The Dutch band, who just released their seventh album Resist, will be performing at Byblos a two-hour highly anticipated show.

10 years after their debut, Arab world’s indie pop heroes Mashrou’ Leila have become a worldwide phenomenon, performing to adoring fans in the US, Berlin, London and Paris. Their third show at Byblos will be their most ambitious one to date, presenting many new songs and featuring guest stars like Joe Goddard from Hot Chip and Andy Butler from Hercules and Love Affair.

To conclude the 2019 edition on a high note, the extraordinary Yo-Yo Ma will perform a solo interpretation of Bach’s 6 Cello Suites.
