Chabtine is a town in mid-Batroun District, 15km from the city of Batroun and about 60 Km from Beirut. Its altitude is average 500 m. It can be reached from Batroun through Smar Jbeil, Edde, Jran, Deria; or through Ijdabra, Bejdarfel, Kfifane and Deria.
It is just aligned with the Batroun Wine routes and wineries ( Atibaia, Clos du Phoenix, Les coteaux de Botrys, IXIR, Domaine Najm, Sept…) and the saints routes ( St Hardini and the Beatified Estephan Nehme sanctuaries, Ste Rafqa Sanctuary …)

Dar Nour is located in a district of Chabtine called El Mellaha, in a small ‘wadi’ valley surrounded by hundred years old Oaks and Olive trees.
An hour drive from Beirut and only 15 minutes from the coastal line you can reach Chabtine and enjoy a mountainous Mediterranean climate.
Dar Nour is a traditional charming villager Lebanese stone house nested in Chabtine village welcoming you in a peaceful atmosphere overlooking the hills of Batroun.
The grey stones of the traditional Lebanese house dot the scenery, reminiscent of a farming village.
The guesthouse has been furnished with pieces from Nour’s travelling around the world (Check the Japanese wooden dolls, the Balouch Iranian wall carpet and Uzbek Suzanne wall decoration in the Dar, Uzbek Suzanne curtains in Qamar El Dar Room, the Peruvian embroidery of Titicaca lake in Lili’s room …)
The house offers 3 double rooms and one suite but can host up to 15 persons for overnight with the multipurpose Dar and Abou reception hall that can serve also as rooms.

The Roof top of the house can accommodate private events for up to 80 people. The large Terrace overlook rural Batroun with vineyards, agricultural fields and valleys.
